At CLC, we play a vital role in managing a shelter for Families With Children, which provides temporary housing through the Department of Homeless Services (DHS). Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming environment that promotes dignity, empowerment, and self-sufficiency for individuals and families navigating their journey.

NYC H+H: HERCC - Subcontractor

As a primary subcontractor with NYC Health + Hospitals (H+H). Our over 100 case managers, exit planners, and supervisors are dedicated to assessing the needs of residents and developing personalized service plans, connecting them with essential community resources.
